Zombie Apocalypse

zombie

This is based on a dream that I had.. I was so scared!!! 😥

It was nighttime. The sky was clear, and the moon was shining bright. For some strange reason, I happened to witness two men carrying a “red white blue” bag (very common in Hong Kong) walking into the back of a building.

red white blue bag

This is the “red white blue” bag, so you have an idea of what I’m talking about.

The first guy flatly stated, “This is the body that we just found. Poor woman. It’s disgusting what humans can do to each other.”

The guy puts down the bag.

The second guy nodded. “We need the forensics now. I’m going to walkie talkie them.”

Neither guys are looking at the bag as they are glancing around at their surroundings. I couldn’t hear the walkie talkie conversation clearly, but at that moment, I saw a hand that raised from the bag.

It was literally like watching a horror movie.

I ran. I didn’t even scream because I was scared “it” would get me first. After a few seconds later, I heard screaming and it sounded like torture.

Those guys were probably eaten by that thing.

My heart was pounding so hard. I was running, but I didn’t know where I was going. I was just trying to run as fast as possible because I didn’t want to die.

It was so cold, but my whole body felt like it was on fire. Sweat was running down my forehead, and my heart was beating so fast..I thought I was going to faint.

Suddenly, I see my dad and my brother. They were also running!?! What on earth?

I stopped and asked, “What are you guys doing here?? Why are you outside??”

My brother replied, “We heard something crazy is going on. We have to get out of here now.”

I could tell they were both scared, even though I was actually the one who somewhat witnessed the “zombie”.

My dad rushed us, “Hurry. I know where to go. My friend lives close by and he actually keeps a spare key under his porch. He is on holiday right now, but he has told me before to use his place if I had to.”

We arrived at a house that was painted ocean blue. It looked like one of those houses you would see in a fairy tale. Seriously? I thought to myself.

My dad dug his hand underneath one of the stairs and found a key. It was a golden key that looked like this:

I asked my dad, “Your friend trusts you that much to let you use his house when he’s not around?? That’s crazy!? What if you steal his stuff??”

My dad hollered at me, “There are better things to worry about right now! Are you stupid? GET IN!”

We went inside the house, but we didn’t dare to turn the lights on. The only light we had was the light shining from my brother’s phone. He was looking for information (he has data/internet).

“Apparently the TTC (Toronto Transit Commission) is out of service. There is nothing running right now. Everyone is hiding from the zombies.”

“How many are there??” I frantically asked.

“No one knows…”

“Oh my goodness. Let me call mom.”

“Mom!! Where are you?” I asked my mother in Cantonese.

“I’m at home. What’s wrong?? You never call me.”

“Mom. There are zombies outside. Turn off the lights right now. Make it appear that no one’s home. If there are zombies around, they might skip our house if they think no one is inside. I’m with dad and Eric. I don’t know why we’re together but we’re at dad’s friend’s house and apparently dad has access to his key…ANYWAY, we’ll try to get home as soon as possible but right now we are hiding. Just don’t do anything crazy. Keep your tablet on because we might wechat you later.” (wechat is an app that is commonly used amongst the Chinese)

“Okay. Come home soon! Omg, I thought zombies don’t exist. Okay, wechat me if anything.”

I hung up the phone and the three of us started shivering from fear as we melted into the darkness. I wondered when the night was going to end…and how we were going to get home.

*My dream suddenly changed and I’m in the middle of an arena, balcony. My brother and dad are no longer with me*

In the middle of the arena, I see another “red white blue” bag.

Oh no, I thought to myself. Not this again. Why is this bag everywhere?? WTF!?!??!

There are a bunch of people speaking. I wasn’t paying attention, because my eyes were focused on the bag.

Then I saw the butt of the figure emerging from the bag.

I didn’t wait for the whole thing to come out. I started running.

Within a few seconds, I heard screaming and people running from behind me.

There were so many flights of stairs. I was literally jumping down. I couldn’t feel my legs anymore. But I knew I had to keep going if I wanted to live.

I rushed out and ran. For some reason, there were no sounds behind me anymore. I wondered what happened to everyone else!?! But I didn’t dare to stop and turn around.

*My dream changed again, and now I’m in an attic with a bunch of people hiding*

Apparently the zombie has found us. We’re doomed. I hid behind a person’s back.

And then I woke up.

That was one scary dream. *cries*

I think my dream was inspired by http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/human-remains-found-1.3545461 <– TRUE STORY. And I don’t live too far from that area..

Anyhow, I hope I don’t get these type of nightmares anymore..

Do you guys have crazy dreams too?? Most of the time, I forget my dreams once I wake up. But lately, I have been having quite a lot of bizarre dreams that I actually remember.
