Zui Wu Dao. Part 2 -Chapter 17.

To my dear readers,

Sorry for the wait!! I honestly don’t mean to make you guys wait so long. I’ve been very busy and my fingers have cracked due to the bitter cold of the Canadian weather (hence, making it painful for me to type). Anyway, hope you like this chapter. It is very hard to translate in a way that is understandable in English. When I read it in Chinese, I know what’s going on, but to explain it in English… aaaiii. I hope you can still picture it in your head though.

Here is the chapter in Chinese.

Here is my promoted post: Conversation Tips (I shared my tips to how to have a good conversation)

P.S. I want to thank Zen/Zim for making so much effort to help me with the aho-updates. I haven’t gotten a response, but thanks so much for trying to help me gain more viewers! ❤

Chapter 17     Discussion

Hearing Xuan Luo’s determined howl, Tian Yu Zi smiled.

Xuan Luo came out from the house, with the answer within his heart. If one were to look closely, his whole body language had changed.

A better way to explain it would be, Xuan Luo was originally like a lost sheep. He had no directions. But now, after realizing his true “WHY” from Tian Yu Zi’s questions, it’s as if he had transformed into a fierce tiger. He will use his abilities to do his very best.

No matter what obstacles are in his way, he will not be stopped. The determination came from his goals. Now he had a purpose! (Like they say, if you aim for nothing, you will hit nothing).

Zui Wu Dao. Part 2 -Chapter 16.

To my dear readers,

This chapter is simple, but it took me FOREVER because the sentence structure is totally backwards in Chinese. I mean, it’s usually backwards anyway but this chapter was extra backwards. =____=” Ugghhhh. It takes so long to make it sound as normal as possible.

This is my promoted post: Social Anxiety I used to suffer from social anxiety. I shared my experiences and hope to inspire some of you.

Chapter 16     Martial Arts Dream

“Master! I have brought a pervert. He dared to come into our female territory!” The woman angrily glared at Xuan Luo as she spoke to an old man.

“Aaaii…Zi Yan, what happened?” The old man calmly responded.

“Master. This guy came to our residence acting all secretive. He also caused shi mei to fall!!”

Chapter 15     Lost

Xuan Luo had no idea how big Wu Dang truly was. As a result, he actually got lost. He had no idea where he was.

Aside from a couple of striking objects/locations, Wu Dang’s architecture looked very similar. Thus, it wasn’t surprising that Xuan Luo had gone the wrong way.

To my dear readers,

Sorry! I was procrastinating. I didn’t want to translate and thus, I haven’t uploaded anything until now. -____-” I was looking at the Chinese version, and I’m like, nope, I don’t wanna do this right now. *Goes and do something else.* Haha. It is so hard to push myself. SO I HOPE YOU GUYS APPRECIATE IT!!!!!!

Anyway, this chapter was pretty good in my opinion. It only took me 5 minutes to read it but hours to translate *ugggh*.

Chapter 14     Xuan Yuan Duan Ai

Seeing how there were so many people surrounding the ba gua stage, Zhang Ri frowned.

“Let’s go. I think something happened!”

Zhang Ri did not try to conceal his concern, thus, the two quickly ran towards the stage.

Usually, there were not this many disciples here. For some reason, today, the number of disciples have dramatically increased. It was obvious that something had happened.

Zui Wu Dao. Part 2 -Chapter 13.

To my dear readers,

This chapter took me forever near the end. I’ve never told you guys, but I use the Chinese dictionary to help me translate. I probably use this at least a hundred times when I work on a chapter (I can understand the main idea when I read it on my own, but when I translate, I try to be as exact as possible). If I am still confused, I go on baidu (a Chinese search engine) to see how the word is used in a sentence. After that, I go on thesaurus.com to help broaden my vocabulary (because I don’t want to keep using the same words over and over again. Ex. “quickly”, “said”, “yelled”).

I also have to rewrite the sentence structure in a way that it make sense in English. (For greater understanding, if I were to say, “What do you want to do?” in Chinese, it would be, “You want do what?” We do not have a word for “to”). It can take forever.

Therefore, if you guys appreciate my work, please donate to me! Any amount is appreciated. It would mean so much to me.

Chapter 13     Ba Gua Stage

As a matter of fact, what Tian Yu Zi said were not all true. But one thing that is true is that Wu Dang  definitely has many different types of nei gong xin fa. The best xin fas are the ones that are the most difficult to learn; although it would depend on the person.

But Tian Yu Zi lied about something significant. The thing is, Tian Yu Zi actually cannot produce nei li. His body state didn’t allow him to learn it. As a result, he switched to wai gong instead. Wu Dang’s style was actually created by Tian Yu Zi. Although it didn’t consist of nei li, the amount of damage it could conceive was still quite substantial.

To my dear readers,

Merry Christmas! I hope you guys spend the time happily with your loved ones. Don’t spend too much time reading translation novels online :P. Haha just kidding. Anyway, this chapter actually took me a whole afternoon/night to translate because I kept on getting distracted. It is hard to be a translator. 😦  I am kind of unmotivated at the moment. Nonetheless, I won’t quit.

Chapter 12     Oppressed

In regards to Tian Yu Zi, Xuan Luo didn’t know what to think. First and foremost, Tian Yu Zi was way too lax with his image. He did not act like his status at all. Although Tian Yu Zi gave him a friendly vibe, as a Master, he should be more serious.

To my dear readers,

Sorry, I’m slow again. I honestly wish I was less lazy and that I could translate everyday. But sadly, I do not have enough passion, brain power and self-motivation to do so. (I’ve checked out some of the other translators and they are so hardcore. Some of them love translating and are addicted. Unfortunately, I’m not. lol) Nonetheless, I hope you like this chapter.

Chapter 11     Bummed out

Xuan Luo was bummed out. He didn’t know what type of clash he had; perhaps he should have looked at the calendar beforehand. (This is related to superstition. Chinese people follow a lunar calendar and it will tell you which days are lucky or not).

To my dear readers,

This chapter took me nearly 4 hours because it was so long. o____O. I hope you like it. I had to make some adjustments because some of the words do not exist in English (or I didn’t know how to translate).

Chapter 10     Tian Yu Zi

“Master! I have brought him in.” said Lu Hu politely.

The hair of the two elders were graying white. Xuan Luo felt unease: They are the Masters of Wu Dang? Why are they so old? And why does one of them have a bird’s nest on his head?

To my dear readers,

Instead of sleeping, I rushed this chapter for you guys! Oh my goodness. I sacrificed my drama time too (I like to watch dramas, haha). It’s hard to be a translator because I have to push myself to translate. No one pays me and it’s hard work (because my Chinese sucks). Nonetheless, I hope you guys like it though. This chapter is really good!!!!! I know it took quite awhile, but FINALLY SOMETHING IS HAPPENING!!?!? Haha.

Okay, here is my promoted post: The World In Green <– This is a story that I pretty much created. It’s good! Please read. ❤

Chapter 9       Xuan Wu Stone Sculpture

In front of Xuan Luo was a gigantic stone sculpture. The stone sculpture was a carving of a tortoise. The tortoise was staring straight, and its mouth was open in a surprised way; as if he wanted to shout. When Xuan Luo looked up, he was shocked. Above the tortoise, there was a python. The python had tightly wrapped itself around the tortoise; its top part was still loose, as if squeezing the tortoise wasn’t tiring at all.

To my dear readers,

I am trying to be faster!!! This chapter was a lot harder to translate than Chapter 7 because of the vocabulary the author used. 😦  It’s about 90% accurate. I hope you like it. I did my best.

Chapter 8       Wu Dang

Wu Dang Mountain

After many days, with the help of Zhang Ri, Xuan Luo finally arrived at the borders of Wu Dang. But it was still going to take quite some time for them to arrive at the Master Gate.

The atmosphere of Wu Dang was mysterious and spiritual. The landscape was very charming and gentle. The peaks were sharp and dangerous. Everything felt very grand and majestic. This was how Xuan Luo felt as he looked up the mountain.
